At Rise Web Media, we aim at delivering the highest levels of experience regarding web design, application development, hosting, and digital marketing services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is a document over the conditions of cancellations and refunds.
When you buy any service offered by Rise Web Media, you have accepted and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service agreements are binding as soon as the project commences and fees collected are deemed as non-refundable unless in the following cases.
Before Project Commencement: The clients have the right to cancel an order within the next 48 hours of receiving confirmation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the entire project cost will be applicable in this case.
After Project Commencement: Cancellation of the project work is not refundable as project work has already begun. Nevertheless, it can be discussed that partial refunds can be offered based on the amount of work done.
Domain & Hosting Services: Cancellation of domain and hosting services cannot be done once the registration/activation of such services is done since it is a third-party service.

Refunds may be made in the following conditions:
Failure to deliver service on technical reasons on our part.
Failure to commence the project within 15 business days of payment (buying time by the client).
Incorrect payment (duplicate) committed by the client because of technical error (the extra money will be returned). Refunds will not be availed in the following situations:
Client displeasure because of change of mind once work has been started.
Slowness of service provision because of failure of the client to deliver the required inputs or approvals.
Already finished work phases (design drafts, development stages, marketing campaigns, etc.) have already been given.
The same form of payment will be used to take place with all approved refunds within a period of 7-10 business days.
The client is required to make a written request of a refund in writing to info @ Rise Web Media with justifiable reasons.
Web Design & Development: Initial consultation and design phase fees are non-refundable.
Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SOCIAL-MEDIA-MARKETING, etc.): Since these are effort-based services, fees once paid are non-refundable after campaigns are launched.
App Development: Refunds are not applicable after wireframes or prototypes are approved.
Domain & Hosting: Non-refundable once activated.
Rise Web Media can revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy whenever it wants. Any new effective date will be added on this page.
